On Monday the 20th of February, our College leaders, both staff and student, were officially commissioned to lead the College for the 2023 academic year.
Our Acting Principal, Mrs Lynne Hall, spoke these words:
“I hereby commission you as Prefects and House Captains at Creek Street Christian College for 2023. With God’s help, I pray you seek truth, love mercy and humbly lead this College and your fellow students with the utmost integrity, wisdom and grace, reflecting the love of God our Father in all aspects of your service.”
Our student prefects were presented with a College Leadership tie, to wear as an alternate to the standard uniform. These ties are a show of their position in the College.
The ceremony was concluded in prayer to ask for blessing over our leaders as they perform their duties within our College community.
